Cardboard Cocktail Dress

For my 3D Design class, I was challenged to make an outfit out of cardboard. I decided on a cocktail dress, although originally it would have been an evening gown, but with only a few weeks of time, I had to shorten the design. I peeled off the first layer of the cardboard and crumbled it up enough until it was leathery- this makes up most of the dress. I also incorporated newspaper for the ruffles. The dress is fit to be worn by me, but right now it is being displayed.
